Great company across 20+ years of work (pre-2014) but not the same company now (post 2014). Culture largely gone since about 2014, most benefits gone.
Cons
Not the same company it used to be. Seems more a culture of do a little as possible for the employee and anything to boost the corporate bottom line. Took away 401k match in 2020, Took away company retirement 401k contribution (on top of match) in 2020, No bonus in most years since 2014, No raises since 2014. Will lay off employees at the drop of a hat. Medical Insurance cost more and more every year since 2014 and has gotten worse as we look forward to paying more for less every year. As a major self insured corporation, this puts more on the company's bottom line at the expense of the employee. They are largely pushing toward doing away with PPO and providing only the high deductible with HSA account. That basically means you just pay for everything yourself now unless you have some catastrophic event. Medical used to be much much better. That is gone.
