      No pros to speak of

      Cons

      Management is very pro senior and very rude. They show no respect to the younger generation. The company is not doing well at all and constantly have lay offs. They pay very poorly. Please stay away!

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
