      Lots of Vacation Days, Great Hybrid Schedule, Flexibility, and decently appreciated.

      Cons

      Hard to find room for growth. Lack of general communication as company is too large to function in many places.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
