      The people are what made NOV an excellent place to work. Very supportive culture within local facilities.

      Cons

      Too much red tape; it was very difficult to make simple changes. Often felt like a battle of egos when trying to agree and implement change at a global level.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
