Pros

Decent pay, people are (usually) nice to work with, you always have something to do, and there's always room for advancement.

Cons

They've started micromanaging a lot. Like, A LOT. They track every single thing you do, whether it's time away from your desk, length of your calls, social media postings... everything. If you're off the phone long enough someone will find you and ask why, and tell you to take a call. It gets extremely stressful when supervisors walk around yelling to take a call due to the call volume-people on the phone can hear the yelling, and it's distracting. It's almost impossible to get recognition, and the 'suggestion box' is a joke. People can be two-faced, and untrustworthy. There is major favoritism towards people, and you advance when you know someone. To be completely honest, your shift and supervisor is what determines how well you manage yourself and your happiness there. They've begun letting people go often, and as a result we're short staffed for the call volume.
