Nothing but cons working here. There is ZERO work life balance. You will be expected to work nonstop according to Foss, who by the way, is a dictator. The entire executive management team is scared of him. All locations are going bankrupt, it’s a wonder how soon he’ll close up shop. There are illegal business activities such as nurses who are NOT employed with the company providing controversial care to minor patients without being licensed with the company. Thousands of HR violations. Sexual harassment claims run rampant. Elder abuse is a daily occurrence. This is not a company you want to be associated with. A job is not just a job with Niva…you will be expected to be a soulless monster who only wants money. People are not people to Foss, they are disposable robots. The minute he even thinks you are not doing a good job, he is seeking your replacement. The sales team is filled with a bunch of glorified, scummy, uneducated buffoons.
