      Cons

      I worked cost cutters 36 yrs worst owner EVER. Bought us 4 yrs ago to close us down 1 store at a time

      Friendly environment Free snacks Easy going management

      Cons

      They add a new responsibility that is not related to your work whatsoever No growth opportunity You can start taking days off only after being there for six months or deal with pay cut They don’t pay you higher even if they are growing.
