Cons
Unfortunately, my time at Nisbau Egypt has been far from positive. The company is run like a family business, with little to no structured management. This has led to frequent internal conflicts and a chaotic work environment. Compensation is another major issue. Salaries are uncompetitive and there’s an alarming lack of differentiation between what engineers and technicians are paid, which undervalues the skills and qualifications of the engineering staff. Additionally, there are no transportation allowances, medical benefits, or social insurance, making it challenging for employees to feel secure and valued. Overall, I cannot recommend Nisbau Egypt to anyone looking for a stable, fair, and supportive workplace.
