Pros
The culture and employee engagement has drastically improved over the past year and a half that I've been here. There's a lot of company bonding events, such as Team Time, Birthday breakfasts, happy hours in the back BBQ pit area, plenty of NIO swag to go around.. The all staff meetings are good, as you can see what other teams are working on. All in all, I believe in the company and what we're doing-- I wouldn't stay with a company I didn't believe in. Lots of great perks and benefits though!
Cons
I believe communication and clarity on projects can be improved. Also, there are a lot of first time managers-- so having adequate manager trainings & resources available for them would be good. Employee Relations issues need to be followed up on and taken care of more quickly as well (complaints/investigations, etc) There's been complaints about the NIO US & NIO China cohesiveness but looks like there are changes around the corner to address that..
