My manager exemplifies everything you’d want in a leader: supportive, genuinely caring, and always making sure the team feels seen and appreciated. High standards are set, but the environment is never cutthroat—it's about pulling together, not pushing each other down. People are dedicated to getting the job done which can lead to some late nights in on the engineering side, but I consider that to be the nature of engineering where ever you work.
