If you want to see more reviews for this company, look up New Horizons Computer Learning Centers-Great Lakes. (It is the same leadership, they just changed the name as they added locations.) Here are some positives: Depending on the location you work in, you will probably meet some really good people. Work-life balance is pretty good, too.
Cons
Leadership is all over the place and they make some really questionable decisions--and don't seem to be putting a whole lot of thought into them. When things don't go well, they just let people go-especially at the middle management and staff/sales level.It is a fine place to work if it is your first job or if you are out of work, but I would not leave a steady job to come work here as they let people go quite often. Pay is pretty low, at least for the lower-tier people.
