Thanks for your review. I'm glad you agree NFP is a great place to work and want to clarify a few points regarding your comment on long term stability. Compared to the days when NFP was a public company, we actually have a longer term view and most importantly, the ability to achieve our vision without the quarter to quarter constraints and distractions of a large and diverse shareholder base with a competing agenda. Now, we have a clear plan for growth that allows us to focus on building scale in our Property & Casualty business to strategically complement the rest of our client resources, build a unified NFP brand and market presence and create an even better work environment for our employees. Best of all, our long-term initiatives are supported fully by our Private Equity capital sponsor (quite different from a VC investor). While it is true that our capital sponsor will ultimately change (just as shares of public companies change ownership), that will not impact our commitment to our long term vision and stability. Thank you for your contributions to NFP today ... and tomorrow! - Doug Hammond

Pros

Remote work available, summer hours

Cons

Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
