      The people were the best part. A fun environment with incredibly smart individuals who are dedicated to the development of their people.

      Benefits can be a sleepy space but NFP makes it fun!

      Promotions are surface level and not a lot of actual experience driven, resources lack, communication lack, decisions are driven by capitalism and not customer focused
