      Stable company most of the people here are wonderful to work with

      Cons

      No training or advancement. Not willing to train an account coordinator to be and account manager. Only willing to hire experienced people. Losing a lot of people due work and not advancement or training.

      Lack strategic vision and have to pivot major projects, including eliminating it on short notice with out a plan.
