Football all day and a fun environment for sports fans. No regrets and it was fun seeing how everything worked behind the curtain.

Awful pay Extremely corporate (you want coffee? you'll pay for it) Odd freelance policies and backwards workflows Way behind the rest of the field in the media market Parking is cramped. Don't expect your car not to get dinged No room at all for advancement, employees are disposable and replaceable
