Friendly people, catered lunches every now and again, stable work if you're committed for it. They'll let you grow as well... to a point.
Cons
VERY big on nepotism. If you're not part of "The Family" you're not going to get past associate producer. Nexon Korea controls everything, Nexon America just puts out the fires.
