Very clean facilities and new computer based machines, for all departments, Extrusion, Printing Press, Bag Conversion Security Bags and Bag Conversion chemical and food bags. Full package of benefits. Free fully equipped onsite gym for all employees . Decent salary, great working atmosphere. High management and C.E.O. are really close to all levels employees. An amazing Christmas party with nice prizes and every year a special help for somebody in need of it.

Nelmar is a small company, physically speaking, because it is the North American leader in its segment, and because of that there is the family feeling from the high management which sometimes make a little bit difficult to implement some changes, but nothing absurd. Pay a visit on the facilities and you will see how fantastic it is.
