Working at my previous company is an honor. Dealing with different Nationality with different personality is more challenging. They provides Staff needs and improves staffs concerns. They are treating us like Family eventhough we have religion and culture differences. All of their Franchised Restaurants is following the Standard Operating Procedures.

The downside working at Boodai Inc.is believing in one side. Lack of Business Planning specially staff requirements that causes old staff to extend their work or even worst no Overtime Payment.
