Only good if you dont mind doing multiple roles.
Cons
You are expected to be contactable by customers/colleagues even while on holiday. Be prepared to be on duty 24/7. If manpower is not enough, you are expected to take on multiple roles. Minimum pay, no OT pay, no 13 month bonus etc despite the role being in demand, which also results in high turnover rate.
