This is the worst company I have ever seen. I worked there for almost 8 months and they did not even pay me for a single month. They do this with each and every employee. They hire people from different best organisations with big salary package and make them work for months without paying for a single month. People get frustrated and depressed without salary and they leave. Employer takes this oppotunity to hire new people and the cycle go on. Till now he must have not paid to more than 25 people. Employer makes false promises of payment, but never pays. I also came to know that all the ex employees now came together and registered a complaint with labour commissioner. Don't fall into this trap by joining this company. They don't even have a product ready with them.

No technical experts, no execution,

Since the company is growing you will get lot of opportunities to learn the new things & platform to introduce your own new ideas. Management is very supportive.

I don't see any cons from my point of view.
