Pros
Get exposure to a wide variety of work and clients. Build up your personal network with other NCC Group consultants. Benefits are good: 401k, utilization bonuses, healthcare, internet and cell phone reimbursement.
Cons
Significant retention problems due to how to pay raises were handled during covid-19. Don't feel valued as an employee. Can get stuck working with tedious clients or on boring, long-term staff aug gigs. Base salaries can be low as compared to other security consulting companies.
