Pros

NCC Group is awesome for the following reasons: - The people (every department i've encountered) are the nicest group I have ever worked with. - The health insurance is OUT OF THIS WORLD! $50 a month provides blue cross blue shield to my spouse and I. If it was just me, it's covered by the company. A full family is around $100 a month. - The laidback culture allows you to wear whatever you want to work - VERY flexible schedules, there is no question when you have to come in late or leave early for any reason. Work from home as desired (as long as you still come into the office regularly). I know many people with children/long commutes and they leave at whatever time works for them and its trusted that all work gets done no matter your office hours. - Kegs on tap - Keurig with anything you can put in a keurig available (or order through instacart if you want something else) - Regular happy hours with the team because everyone enjoys each other's company - Weekly instacart ordering where you can add anything you want to stock up in the kitchen - Lunch for the office on Fridays - We're a cool company in the industry and get to do cool things like have space themed conferences, work with incredible clients and learn about cutting edge tech - Annual all employee internal conference held in California that allows you to meet everyone you work with and learn more with your team. The entire company goes! - Start-up environment = opportunity! While we're a developed company in the UK, the US still has it's start-up roots and many processes are still evolving. This means you get to run with things as they come and really make your mark on the company as a whole. - We have one of the largest pentesting teams in the world and have spoken at black hat more than any other company - we ARE the experts and the perks that come with it are awesome. The collection of great minds we have at our fingertips is inspiring. - High compensation and great PTO. 18 days of PTO not including my 10 days of sick time.

Cons

- Start-up roots. While we're developed and well known in the UK, we still are getting our feet under us in the US and it comes with challenges. No challenges that are so big that they're annoying, but if you're looking for a company where everything just hums along and you just have to show up and punch in, this is NOT the place for you. - Because our roots are in the UK and the US came after, at times it can feel disjointed. However, it's the next "big" issue senior leadership is tackling and I truly think this will feel much different within 6 months from now (today is 1/22/20). More room for progress!

Hello, thank you for your review. It's brilliant to see that you considered our talented employees, health insurance, our flexibility, culture and compensation as some of the pros of your role. For your cons around being a UK company in the US, we are happy to read that you know this is on the leadership teams radar and is something we are working on as a wider business. We hope you continue to work with us in the future, thanks again.
