This organisation does valuable work and there are many friendly employees there. The work is interesting and varied and the facilities are modern and nice.

Improvements needed in areas of staff wellbeing. For example, if a supervisor has poor management skills and behaves in a manner that is detrimental to employees, there are no consequences for them. Therefore some sections are toxic. The company needs better processes and policies in place to protect staff.
