The local team was great to work with. Everyone worked hard and contributed as much as they could in this start up environment.

There was unclear direction in up leadership in terms of the direction they wanted the company to go.

Really enjoying my experience so far. Senior Leadership Team puts a lot of trust into their employees, and as a result the team has a lot of agency and is high-performing. People are good at their jobs and there is definitely a spirit of collaboration as we work toward the mission of bringing a smarter approach to cancer treatment. Because we are a startup (well-funded), there can be a lot of work and mind-bending challenges, but everyone approaches that in a methodical, collaborative way, with empathy. I especially appreciate the diversity - in age, ethnicity, nationality, different backgrounds and personalities. Overall a great place to work.

Some may see the "startup" pace as hard to keep up with, but it's not really a con for me.
