Pros
I honestly loved working here. I gained so much experience, and had a really amazing and supportive supervisor. Overall, I'm grateful for what I gained at this job. It was partly remote when you needed to document, and I loved all of my clients' that I had on my caseload. It was a very fulfilling job, and really stepped me outside of my comfort zone. I feel very confident now after working at NADAP.
Cons
You have a very large caseload dealing with people with such a large range of needs. It feels difficult to make the difference or receive the results that the clients' want you to receive, and to navigate the social work resources in the city is overwhelming at times. Although, this ultimately is not the companies fault, and you will deal with this at most organizations working within the city.
