Pay somewhat low even for rural area - Early Head Start Teacher NACOG Employee Review

Great bandits, amazing coworkers and no micromanagement!

I have been there over 2.5 years and haven't encountered a problem that wasn't resolved.

NACOG runs everything from Head Start to programs for the elderly, unemployed, home weatherization, and community grants. It covers all of northern AZ.

being a non-profit the salaries aren't great but the benefits, leave etc. make it a good overall package. Everything is grant funded so some years are better than others. like all places, some managers are better than others.
