Accountability - each member is treated as a business owner and challenged to self motivate, learn, and grow. Excellent team atmosphere, amazing new office overlooking Clear Lake, bonuses and encouragement to attain cloud certifications, exiting travel opportunities, but most importantly career growth. Examples: Sales Intern to Sales Executive: In only a few years we had an Intern still in college with no previous sales experience receive 3 promotions and counting - a sharp sales executive with valuable skills and continuous growing annual income. Server Admin to Field Sales Engineer: In only a few years we hired a server administrator with no previous sales experience that grew into a sharp SE that any company would want to hire. Paid certifications, travel opportunities, constant career growth - and a 150% + increase in annual income in only a few years while employed at N2WS. Cons
There is no where to "hide" at a company this size - each team member must be extremely adaptable in an ever changing environment. This company is not a good fit for everyone - there are always challenges and it requires a certain type of attitude - definitely not for those that require rigid structure and hand holding. Typical growing pains of a start up - but again, that should be expected by anyone that is given an offer!
