The company’s continued growth and evolution has led to a new phase of process and policy to standardise procedures which will help us maintain sustainable growth while still providing a great product for our customers. One example is our new employee engagement platform, which will allow us to better understand how our employees feel at work. This is a huge step for us, and we truly feel that it will have a positive impact on our employees, our culture and the organisation as a whole.
