Hello Former Employee,
I want to thank you for taking the time to write about your experience; feedback is what drives changes and helps organizations (and people) grow and improve.
I’m very sorry the communication with your supervisor concerning your difficulties and experience at N’ware was not ideal which may have prompted you to leave our team. We do operate in a rapidly changing environment, and we understand this may be a challenge for new employees. Integrity, respect and teamwork are some of the cherished core values we built our success on, and we do pitch in to help people integrate.
In regards to compensation, I suspect there was not complete, accurate data to speak of other employees’ packages. Our compensation packages are compared annually to industry standard to ensure competitiveness; as you pointed out, we do train new employees a lot, and as a junior, technical knowledge gained should be viewed as a derived (non-taxable, which is always nice) benefit.
Being a service company, we take great pride in listening to opportunities for improvement, and we recruit candidates with potential for growth, as we want to truly engage in our employee’s long-term career plan. Despite the busy schedule of running a worldwide operation, our CEO is available to discuss with employees of all levels, and generally, manages to do so in a very timely manner. Other levels of management are available daily to answer questions for those who speak up.
If you want to reach out to me to discuss further, please feel free to write at ntremblay@nwaretech.com. I’ll be happy to hear any suggestions you may have to help us improve. In the meantime, we wish you the best success in your career.
