Companies talk about their "family culture" and rarely live up to that. For me, NTitle lives up to that and more. I have never felt more appreciated or respected as I do here, and I have worked as an Escrow Officer for over 20 years. I trust my manager, as well as my coworkers and all are more than willing to assist each other, in any circumstance. NTitle holds quarterly meetings with team building activities, company picnics - which are called "family reunions", and if we meet our yearly budget are able to qualify for a company trip. It is a great feeling to be rewarded for hard work!
Cons
The company is small, but has plans to expand. I am lucky in where I only live a few miles from my office, so I don't have a problem with traffic or the commute. Company benefits and paid time off are very competitive, everyone has a positive attitude - so I do not have a negative thing to say about my employer!
