Since joining the company, and especially following our recent rebrand, I’ve seen a meaningful shift in culture. There’s a clear commitment to building a more connected, people-first environment where employees feel included and heard.
I’ve had opportunities to participate in local, in-person events that help build relationships across teams (and free food!), while also being able to join virtual webinars that allow me to collaborate with team members in other regions.
Leadership is approachable, collaboration is encouraged, and there’s a genuine focus on professional growth and recognition. It feels like a place where people just care about each other.
