Everyone in the company are friendly, and likes a good joke or two. When it comes down to get things done, everybody has laser focus. Everyone in the office knows when to have a great time and when to get business done. There are a lot of events all year round.
Cons
There is a lot of freedom for each and everyone, so you must know how to manage your time to get things done. For the creative type, it is the best place to be.
