Much of the team is in Germany so there are plenty of early morning meetings

Office location is filthy with urine bottles on sidewalk odd smells and pollution. Many employees are younger and gossip with each other and create dramas, creating distractions from work. Training documentation is from Germany and some processes do not apply to US location but no one communicates that. Managers and other employees you email never reply. Kitchen had roaches and coffee was gross, fridge had rotten food and stank.
