Performance evaluation only comes when you chase the manager down and excuses are made as to why wage increase is not warranted despite facts and proven dedication to company's mission. Could care less about work environment and customer satisfaction and believes employees should be thankful to have a job there. THE WORST organization I've ever worked for.
