Despite lack of a supportive environment, most facilitators were very good.

Toxic environment: Management has zero mental health training and therefore made choices that served the business, rather than the guests. No open communication, no container to air concerns, no conflict resolution. Facilitators are not valued. Unethical behavior toward staff and guests by one member of management.

Beautiful location, amazing working with people during psychedelic experiences
