Pros
The support and training is really good. If you are hired, then you already know what you are doing but it is always good to have company alignment. I have always had the amount of clients that I have wanted to have and good quality. Diverse client industries. Inclusive, no MAGA bs allowed. There is always a clear path to speak to leadership. You don't have to go through a bunch of people. Great community of VAs.
Cons
Wages are stagnant but that is changing. Not too big of a deal because the work is steady.
