Pros

Busy, steady flow of clients.

Cons

Upper leadership team is chaotic and deceiving. They spent hundreds of thousands of dollars rebranding the company to change their horrific reputation; only to destroy the company and their employees even more! They have run the company to the ground. HR decided to hire therapists making 6 figures with empty clinics which enticed new and former clinicians to leave their solid positions in other clinics to join the company; only for MySpot to realize weeks later they could not afford it! Right before the holidays, 99% employee personnel was changed from W2 employees to 1099, positions were eliminated, clinicians were demoted, dozens of employees were laid off and clinics were closed all due to poor management and greed. Ramon - the CEO had a townhome meeting at the end of October , guaranteed there would not be anymore layoffs, because it was a SOLID company, only to layoff people again on January 2, 2025. As a seasoned employee that has been in this company during several leadership teams, and their ups and downs , there are no accurate adjectives to describe the disorganization and lack of knowledge this leadership has demonstrated. If you wish to work in a sweatshop where you are simply a spread sheet waiting to be ripped up - go ahead and join the paradise MySpot has to offer.

Pros

I like the fact that this company is very transparent and treat respectfully. They make everything easy and available for their employees to feel among but not like a stranger.

Cons

There is no downside whatsoever

Pros

Great coworkers with good communication and helpful

Cons

High turnover, upper management doesn't respect the therapists, money driven company, no benefits. Not a good place to work long term. I worked here for almost 4 years and didn't not once receive a raise, W2 status even though I was scheduled 8hr days. You dont get paid for cancelations so have fun "working" 8 hrs and getting paid for 3 during holidays and summers. Have fun working during lunch, having no work-life balance and being worked like a dog. The last out of 4 buyouts we received no news about what's happening to the company for several months, then those few who were W2 lost their benefits with no warning. When several employees prior to me and myself put their 2 weeks in, we were ignored by upper management when leaving. No going away party, no farewells or even a thanks for staying here for several years.
