Pros
Great coworkers with good communication and helpful
Cons
High turnover, upper management doesn't respect the therapists, money driven company, no benefits. Not a good place to work long term. I worked here for almost 4 years and didn't not once receive a raise, W2 status even though I was scheduled 8hr days. You dont get paid for cancelations so have fun "working" 8 hrs and getting paid for 3 during holidays and summers. Have fun working during lunch, having no work-life balance and being worked like a dog. The last out of 4 buyouts we received no news about what's happening to the company for several months, then those few who were W2 lost their benefits with no warning. When several employees prior to me and myself put their 2 weeks in, we were ignored by upper management when leaving. No going away party, no farewells or even a thanks for staying here for several years.
