Pros

The overall work atmosphere is outstanding! If your a driven, enthusiastic individual that is looking to develop a life long book of business for yourself, this is the opportunity for you! I have only been with the company for short period of time and management has offered nothing but support and guidance while I have been here. This includes the President of the company! The Ottawa, Toronto, and Cambridge commercial offices are very close and are always working together as one big team. I have been looking for a career for many years and I finally know, this is exactly where I need to be!

Cons

When an individual does not possess that determination and passion for success, they leave without giving this opportunity a chance. I have seen people give up simply because its not a standard J.O.B. Ultimately, the largest "Con" of working here is 1% of the people give up on themselves. It is sad when you see so much potential in someone then they just don't show up the next day...I have found if you follow the structure that is laid out for each individual and utilize management there is no reason why you will not succeed in this business.

Pros

... *cricket, cricket, chirp, chirp*

Cons

need money now? Well-after 2 weeks of working full time?! This is not the place. Need a team that's honest about crucial info from the START? Don't come here! Looking to be a volunteer and work for no money, use gas or public transit money to show up to start making calls to businesses BEFORE regular business hours. This is the place for you ;) didn't mention it was commission initially. I read it on the contract. Didn't mention there were no benefits, I read it on the contract. Didn't mention a lot of things, I had to ask or read it on the contract. Thought I'd still try, as I told them (truthfully) in my interview that I'm coachable. People who quit do it because of lack of respect and lack of transparency. Simple. Drop your resume off at McDonald's instead. I had to after being here!
