Speaking up about workplace issues is a fireable offense. If you raise concerns or advocate for improvements, expect retaliation. Recognition and rewards are recycled among the same small group of favored employees, while those doing the most work go unacknowledged and underpaid. Employee turnover is extremely high — great talent is consistently let go while those responsible for the dysfunction remain in place. Field technicians are sent out in vehicles with expired registrations and known mechanical issues. Breakdowns on the highway have occurred. This is a serious safety and legal concern that management has done nothing to address. The positive reviews on this page are not representative of the average employee experience. Many appear to have been submitted at the direction of leadership to inflate the company's overall rating. This company will run good people into the ground. Unless you are a director or senior executive, you will be taken advantage of and eventually discarded.
