Great team - Help Desk Technician MyITpros Employee Review

I truly believe that we have a great staff. Our company culture is very important to us. This leads to us having a near family like environment in a business work workplace. There is a huge amount of moving up/promotions. We continue to grow as a company which leads to new roles and upward advancements. Case in point is we have a Service Manager that started as an intern within 5 years. While this is just one example I could easily provide more success stories. The company has many ways that employees are recognized. It's nice to have a company that acknowledges personal successes.

Coming to work for Myitpros and just meeting expectations will not be good enough. We are a smaller company and have high expectations. We value our employees growth both professional and personally. If you don't want to improve and put forth effort, this will not be the place for you. At the end of the day, even if you come work here and then decide to move on for whatever reason, we truly hope that we have helped you learn and grow.

MyITpros strives to do everything it does with integrity. Whether it is handling a client issue or an employee situation, "do the right thing" is at the core, even if it means the company loses money in the process. The company has had some growing pains due to its success but has made strides in pushing through those pains to make sure employees continue to be happy and clients continue to receive the great service they've come to expect over the years. The benefits are well above average for a company this size and they are constantly looking to find ways to improve on those. It is important to people they have an opportunity to move up. MyITpros works to make sure this is available to everyone in the company. It is a laid back place to work but, make no mistake, everyone here works hard!

Sometimes a victim of their own success with trying to keep properly staffed. It is difficult to find quality people in IT as they are likely already employed so this is out of the company's control. These are really nit picking as it is difficult to find much bad with this place.
