Pros
Some great people to work with. Friendly company, friendly atmosphere. Lots of fun oriented activities. Very fun place to work before Covid.
Cons
The biggest is the pay. New people come in getting paid way more than previous employees who carry more of the client workload. You find out your true value once you leave. Lack of diversity in management positions, makes you wonder if promotion is real for others. Sea-Level has ruined another great MSP, which has lead to some god awful decisions over the last year I was there. Post-Covid has management focused on metrics like calls answered as a way of determining who is working hard. Allows for service people to game the system and do less actual work but just answer the phone and make tickets.
