      The team I worked with was very nice all around

      Cons

      At the time there were not many opportunities to grow, the promotion I got to senior very minimal with almost no compensation changes

      - small company - little or no hierarchy - international colleagues - great atmosphere - you are working on something worthwile, really solving peoples problems - flexible hours

      Cons

      - this company is not going to be a unicorn ever - no home office
