Pros
Occasionally, management buys coffee to say thank you — and that’s about it.
Cons
This company operates more like a cult than a professional workplace. There’s constant pressure to show loyalty and stay silent, rather than focus on doing your job properly. Staff are expected to work overtime, attend training sessions, and go on staff days without pay, as well as work every other Saturday with no additional compensation. Bank holidays aren’t paid, and employees must use their own holiday allowance to take time off at Christmas. Management also expects people to arrive early and questions your commitment or sends you home if you don’t. Many of the younger employees (aged 19–24) don’t know their rights, and management seems to take advantage of that it often feels like they’re trying to get their pound of flesh from everyone. When I raised concerns about compliance, training, and fairness, I was dismissed without notice.
