Pros

- dont be fooled by the interview session/place, ask them to show you your real working station is.. - just find another company honestly - honestly i cant think of any

Cons

- super low salary - bad management & HR department.. - if you were to work as a live host, you will be in a hazardous working environment with cockroach, so much dust & bugs, like you will literally be stationed in their dumpster with no aircond, a lot of foreign workers & dirty carpets & leaky aircond (i wish im joking but im not its literally like a dumpster where they kept all of their stocks) - schedule change at a moment's notice, they wont inform you beforehand.. - goodluck if youre schedule past 7pm.. they basically locked you on the second floor with no way out & you need to text the foreigner guard to let you out (imagine if there's a fire or an emergency?!!) - ask for feedbacks but ignored it - just run from this company cause they also commit wage theft..

Lack of Professional Respect: Director uses unprofessional language and personal insults when employees seek guidance on complex procedures. Director also expects you to be available 24hrs bcs we work in retail. Unstructured Workflows: Instructions are often verbal or last minute, with 0 regard for standard operating procedures. You are expected to be an expert immediately without proper training or onboarding. Extreme Workload: One person is expected to manage the workload of an entire team. 5 mins deadlines are common for tasks that realistically take hours. Non existent Work Life Balance: Leaving on time is discouraged, and constant monitoring via internal messaging apps happens well after office hours. Benefits vs. Effort: The benefits do not match the level of burnout level effort required. No compensation for significant overtime. Salary: no bonus, no incremental, no allowance, basic salary below than market
