Great company - Anonymous employee My.com Employee Review

Full staff meetings which required everyone to leave their desks to attend, I felt it disrupted work flow... emails would've been sufficient for this kind of thing but some people find this to be a pro. Long hours/after hours which go uncompensated but that's just the field.
