Pros

You get to learn a lot if you're good at learning independently without guidance from other experienced colleagues.

Cons

If you work in the internal department, you're cooked. Expect to do things completely out of your job scope. If you decline, they'll drop you with a termination letter. If you're not happy working there? Too bad, deal with it. If you talk to other colleagues about it in the office? Bam, termination letter. You're expected to clean the toilets, mop the area, wipe the windows and tables following a schedule where everyone takes turn every week. If you apply to be an art educator? Good luck handling an entire branch by yourself with lots of students and tasks that are close to impossible for one to keep up. Emotional support? Don't let them catch you snooping around as a group, as they'll start reporting all of you and you get a? Terminator letter :)

Pros

Gained experience in various art styles and teaching methods. Opportunity to work closely with children and support their creative growth.

Cons

Excessive micromanagement, required to stay on video meeting throughout working hours, which takes away our freedom to work independently. Frequent, unnecessary meetings that consume time better spent on core responsibilities. Unrealistic deadlines and constant pressure to rush through tasks. Misleading recruitment: promises made during hiring were not delivered. Toxic work culture: superiors badmouth other staff, which fosters distrust and low morale. Overemphasis on sales targets at the expense of staff well-being. Coaches are blamed and demoralised when students withdraw, even if the reasons are beyond their control. Management lacks empathy toward the emotional toll of handling children with individual needs. Low pay that doesn’t reflect the emotional and physical energy required for the job

Pros

You gained experience and at the same time have fun talking with some of the students.

Cons

Too Rushing, gave unreasonable hours to finish the artwork assignment, always give last minute task and expect to finish on time, always and I mean ALWAYS have irrelevant meeting online. Prioritize the kids more than the staff and gave a nonsensical welfare. There’s no incentive and no bonus, they only care about Sales and they like to micromanage the staff and watch our every move!! Think twice b4 wanna apply here as your stepping stone!
