Pros
Flexible schedule. If you are there long enough they work with you.
Cons
Management lies, office politics are ridiculous...there's favoritism for certain employees that have been there for a long time or employees that know management on a personal level. I know seniority. This is blatant favoritism they openly express because someone is "better"
As a driver the work load is scheduled with this favoritism. There is no chance for promotions. Training is a joke. No pay raises. No bonuses unless your management. Cars are old, with HIGH mileage.
As a agent/dispatch you deal with the poor training(there's no program in place). Equipment is outdated, software is outdated, something is always broken, the IT department is incompetent. The developer is incompetent. Absolutely no chance for promotion.
This is a good place to work and pay bills until you find something better. It's better than being unemployed. Staying here long is fruitless. Hours are long, pay is low, environment is unpleasant. The benefits are terrible, if you want medical they don't help at all...so there goes half of your paycheck.
