Relaxed, progressive-minded atmosphere. Good location and willing to get requested supplies for their classes.

Very small-scale. Building is 2 floors, school might have 100 students or so. The relaxed atmosphere may not seem motivating to some.

It's fun to meet new people every day, and in general the other employees are great. Flexible schedule.

The upper management is pretty awful. Lots of petty people who openly disrespect and bully their employees. Definite loss of morale because of it. Things can be very disorganized. Often the studio employees have no idea what is going on. Hard to plan your own schedule because sometimes shifts can get cancelled.
