      -Very little training. -No comunication. -Experience means nothing. -People are picked for advancement before postings even go up. -Many of the employees have been advanced to key positions inside company that are beyond their capability.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture no growth unless you know someone. HR is there to protect the system of hiring nieces and nephews of top management and making them look smarter.
